About Linda Zimmer

A lifelong Silicon Valley resident and business owner, Linda Zimmer is an established broker, specializing in selling complex properties like ranches and investment assets. Becoming a homeowner piqued Linda’s interest in real estate. She later started investing in real estate and became an agent in 2009. Three years later, her passion motivated her to start her own firm.

Before real estate, Linda worked as a project manager in frontier technology. Her experience in the tech industry perfected her ability to work under pressure and an excellent foundation for handling the demands of a successful real estate company. Linda enjoys problem-solving. Real estate is complex, and she loves assisting her clients in overcoming obstacles. Linda also loves seeing her clients prosper by learning to grow their wealth as homeowners, and potentially, adding rental properties to their real estate portfolio.

Linda’s extensive knowledge of the area - having lived in multiple neighborhoods throughout the valley, including San Jose, Morgan Hill, and most recently Gilroy - and years in the business give her an edge in navigating the fluctuating market. 

South County provides residents with a small-town atmosphere and a slower-paced lifestyle. The county is rife with lush parks, winding nature trails, and wide-open spaces. West Valley is ideal for those seeking a lively downtown, private estates, and stunning vistas—while remaining close to the valley’s most sought-after employment centers. Well-versed in both regions, Linda is happy to help her clients pick the right location based on their individual needs and way of life. 

A long-time ranch owner, she’s adept at navigating rural property listings but has experience with all types of properties. Whether you’re a couple looking for the right retirement location or a family seeking to upsize, Linda has you covered. 

Having lived in Silicon Valley her entire life, Linda is a community advocate awarded Realtor of the Year by the South County Realtor Alliance for her contributions, including heading the SCRA Foundation and scholarship committee for several years.
